I love you all, and it is my nature.
I just wish one could understand one’s own self in ones whole life, let alone understand me or my wife and who and what we are. Even that is not a problem.
I accept that there are people who wouldn’t like Maori because they are Maori. Some wouldn’t like English because they are white and had been oppressors throughout the World for many years in world history. Some wouldn’t like Indians, and other hate Moslems. Who amongst you thinks human beings are any different from each other. Black and white, elite and poor and Indians or New Zealanders have been seen to kill, rob, commit suicide, rape and even bash and rape geriatric vulnerable members of our society.
Please, and only if you can, sit back relax and think (It is a list that came to my mind, it is not the comprehensive list, however):
A doctor who has given 110,000 free consults within the last 6 years would he have any time in the day seeing 75 to 110 patients each day in 14 to 16 hours to go and visit graves to find addresses of the dead?
Will he have 50,000 to pay a detective agency to find 43 patients to charge 4000$ a year?
Why would his practice be over 5000 patients, the biggest practice for a doctor in the whole World?
Why would his practice not only provide free consults but free ECGs, free spirometry, free hearing tests, free tymanometries, free cervical smears, free IUD insertions and removals, and to many provide free sophisticated surgeries?
What will he gain if the clinic is called his but is not his as he is only on a fixed salary and no bonuses on the number of patients?
Why would all his patients have all his telephone numbers and if he is in a conference overseas the patients phones keep coming directly to him for service, or emergency advice any hour of the day and night?
Why would he provide money where needed by patients to get pharmacy be paid?
Why on Earth would he provide clothing and footwear for poorest of the poor and give shower to them in his clinic so that neglect of their body is taken care off, especially in some mental illness patients?
Why would he visit his patients in hospital to console and give best wishes to them and support them at the times of need?
Why would he and his staff at times take lonely old couples and or widows/widowers to restaurant of their choice on their birthdays when they have no one in their family to take them to celebrate their B’Days?
Why would he/his staff attend his patient’s funeral?
Why would he bother to fight the system since his arrival in lovely New Zealand?
Why would thousands of his patients in NZ and India and the Cook Islands follow what happens to him and have been expressing their anguish over the governmental departments’ victimization of him?
There have been 100s of doctors gone through medical council’s axe, how many people have cried for them and if not why would they now cry and even discuss this doctor?
Why and when would he get a chance to represent the country in 12 years to the extent that he has presented his original research papers 28 conference presentations? Why has he not been recognized for his contributions from NZ by NZ?
How many doctors have given 28 international presentations over their life time in NZ?
Why his latest surgical techniques in various surgical departments are followed throughout the world but not in NZ?
When no doctor in NZ can ever be paid for dead patients as that can happen only in Ministry of Health’s computer database, how could this doctor is paid unless there was a deliberate attempt by the ministry on advice by the Waikato DHB to do that?
Was he paid for his dead patients and if yes why not arrest the DHB and the ministry of health, why and how the doctor is punished before found guilty and then punished again when maliciously found guilty?
Can you get name, date of birth, next of kin, telephone numbers, height, weight, blood pressure and know great grant aunty who had diabetes, NHI number, community card, past history of illness and signatures of the person from facebook as someone suggested?
Did that someone contact the clinic to find what happened?
Could it be some forgetfulness on the part of the person?
When shown records, one such person said yes I was injured and cut my finger at work and had gone to some doctor but don’t remember Vatsyayann, but the doctor had a lovely little dog and he was dog lover and he talked more about the dog than himself, could that have happen to other people after 5-10 years of the consult?
Do you know of anyone who knows full name and spellings of a doctor from a different culture and remember what happened at 3 pm on a Friday in 2002?
Why would a doctor pledge his DHB salary of being an elected member for the patients?
Why would a doctor after meeting with an accident and having fractured thoracic spine vertebra forego offered 70 thousands $ by the ACC to rest 3 months with braces come back on duty after 3rd day discharge from hospital?
Why would a doctor after having two consecutive messed up heart surgeries and remaining in coma for some days after surgeries, start seeing patients in his clinic from the 14th day after the surgery?
Why would doctor give his clinic to a charity and work for one salary double the hours every day or till all the patients were seen each day?
Why the same doctor was the president of the NZ Medical Association Waikato Branch for a year?
Why today after devil had his day, the president of the same medical association Dr. Foley says “Dr. Suresh Vatsyayann is a bad apple?”
Why should the most highly qualified, international doctor who has around 138 years of experience equivalent to average Kiwi doctor be worried about other perpetrators, discriminators, victimizers, oppressors, greedy and malicious people/doctors/organizations or PCCs and Tribunals?
Why would the medical council shove under the carpet his outstanding competence and professional assessment review reports done twice, psychiatric reports ordered twice, peer group reviews twice, 4 time patient satisfaction surveys of around 97% outstanding reports and his national and international achievements?
Think, and think with cool mind, and think of any reason for this doctor being a fraud and let everyone know internationally?
Think if he was paid into his personal account 356,000 $$ for these 43 patients will mean nearly 8279 $ each. If that was the case do you think his 5000 patients were earning him $ 4.14 million per year?
I don’t have to tell, it’s not difficult. If answer is Dr Suresh Vatsyayann is guilty, there is no point in disturbing our politicians, bureaucrats and quasi-judiciary like Medical Council and HDC and PCCs and the professional Tribunals. If the answer is to the contrary, why not raise the issue that is not the doctor’s issue, it is every citizen’s issue?
Never forget that I love all, the good, the bad, the ugly but not the politicians and bureaucrats at this time. I do what I am capable of, I will keep doing what I think is right under the circumstances as for me it is not only patient centered medicine but is family centered, community centered and humanity centered medicine. No one and no torture, even death can change me as my duty is to protect ‘Dharma’/Righteousness/ ‘Haq Bajanib’ and I will try with my life and people’s support.

It is a story of 15 years in NZ, can’t be written and read and then understood in one day. At least read the article “Reality Check …” however if you love 10 second memory span like headings of sensationalism of the media, try to avoid discussing people and philosophies you will never come to understand.
I love you all and wish God blesses all health, prosperity and added wisdom as the time goes by. It is my half 15th day of hunger strike which is not for me (I have 100s of avenues in many countries); it is for Justice for all and exposure of the wicked in this country of ours so that our future generations could be safer and would not have to go through what we are going through.
If you are puzzled, please find why the NZ Medical Council not tell you, or the PCC, or the PCC and the Council did not tell the Tribunal, or all these groups dis not tell the public about First Competence Review to Judge Dr. Suresh Vatsyayann’s competence to practice medicine in NZ and the Report on Dr. Suresh Vatsyayann hidden from public by the Medical Council of NZ; why? Make your own interpretation/s and tell everyone if you wish.
