Telecom’s White Pages
What a discrimination!!!
2nd year in a row …
Did Telecom join hands with the other rogues of the society to victimize The Family Clinic-te whare hauora whanau (TFC-twhw) at 39 Vercoe Road and its GP Dr. Suresh Vatsyayann?
Telecom decided not to list TFC-twhw and the GP in their medical services and doctors pages under the essential services columns that is provided for free of charge to all the clinics and practicing doctors, now second year in a row.
This exclusion was put into its place in 2008 directories and is likely to continue [and it did for the year 2009 also whimw we waited for apologies]. What would they gain except for causing inconvenience to the patients who cannot afford to have healthcare in this area of NZ? Are they maliciously and stupidly trying to mislead the public that The Family Clinic – te whare hauora doesn’t exist?
This is strange that this action is in addition to their over-charging and under-serving in the past to TFC-twhw and the GP. This also is in addition to the fact that the TFC-twhw and the GPs home phones (4 lines) and internet services are provided by Telecom even now.
Could public give punishment to irresponsible organisations as Telecom/Yellow Pages who join the mafia style organisations thriving in New Zealand to victimize organisations like ours rather than providing subsidized services to such organisations and be socially responsible?
Will public have any regards for companies like Telecom/Yellow Pages??
Will Telecom/Yellow Pages apologize to public to have caused such an inconvenience to them by excluding a very important medical service in Hamilton? Have a guess!!!
